SOMERO® S-15R
The S-15R Laser Screed® is a highly efficient and advanced machine, delivering exceptional performance and value. It features a patented, fully integrated self-leveling head assembly that plows, levels, and consolidates concrete in a single automated pass. The plow efficiently levels high spots and fills in low areas, while the Somero® Quick Pass system manages excessively high concrete without the need for manual adjustment.
The hydraulically driven auger ensures a precise surface grade, displacing excess concrete to the side with its double flight auger and offset head design. Additionally, the flip-down plow extension extends the reach of concrete beyond the auger discharge, reducing overlaps.
The 20-foot (6-meter) telescopic boom allows the operator to extend over chaired rebar and mesh, easily navigating around columns, pipes, and box outs. The powerful hydraulic system adjusts the auger elevation to maintain a smooth surface, even with low slump concrete, offering superior results compared to rigid mounting systems.
SOMERO® STS-11M
The STS-11M Topping Spreader is designed to efficiently disperse a wide range of shake-on toppings. Its versatile design incorporates low dust loading technology with Inlet Hopper brushes, ensuring a cleaner operation. With the capacity to store up to twenty 50-pound (22.7 kg) bags, this compact machine is also easy to transport. The STS-11M offers precise spreading capabilities, allowing for accurate distribution of various shake-on toppings, from fine materials to trap rock.
